Q2. What about the shipping methods?
A2: Usually, we ship as client's requirement, if you don't have
one, we could ship goods to you by sea, by air and by
courier.
Q3. How long is your delivery time?
A3: Normally it is 3-5 working days if goods are in stock, Or it
is 35 days for bulk order quantity. If the quantity is more than
10k per model, we will inform you before order has been made.
Q4. How can we guarantee quality?
A4: We have very strict quality control process from raw
materials to finish products. All the manufactory process
follows ISO 9001 standard and our 20 years industry experience.
And that's why we own many certificates of international quality
certification. Also, we are very welcome our customers to visit
our factory at any time.
Q5. Can I get a sample before mass production?
A5: Yes, you can require samples after we confirmed the price
and all the specifications. If it is a customized product, we
will need a few days to get samples ready to delivery.
Q6. Will you provide any after-sales service?
A6: Our sales team will provide you with one-to-one service and
solve all your after-sales problems. We also have engineers to
answer any question you may have regarding to the
products.
Q7. I want to customize the product to fit my branding image. Can
you do that?
A7: We will provide professional OEM/ODM service according with
specifically designed and manufactured for customers specific
market application, such as customized housing color, silk-print
logo and personalized packaged etc.
Q8. Do all your products have CE or FCC certificate?
A8: Most of our products have been certified by CE, RoHS, REACH
or UL, FCC, ETL. However, different market requires different
standard requirements. Please tell our sales representative
which certificate you need. For some certificates we do not
currently own, we are happy to help to apply.
Q9. Can I change the package?
A9: Sure, you can change product package in color box or blister,
inner box and outer carton.
Q10. I have a specific need of a product which doesn't exist on
the market, I know I can sell it very well, can you develop it?
A10: We love that! we have so many successful independent
product cases. Those products are doing very well in the market.
